GRAY SUMMIT CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL

Gray Summit Christian Preschool operates as a ministry of First Baptist Church. Its purpose is to provide development for each child to his or her greatest potential: spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally and socially. This is accomplished by providing learning and development experiences consistent with Christian principles.

Our curriculum is geared to providing a Christian education and readying children for Kindergarten.  We will also help to potty-train your child.  Beginning with our two-year-olds, children learn Bible stories and songs, colors, shapes, letters and numbers, counting, writing their names, days of the week, months of the year, and use of scissors.  They will also learn their address and phone number.  They learn to get along with others, take turns, line up, and many other skills they will need for elementary school.  We do our best to give your child a "running start" when they enter Kindergarten.   Your child's physical health is important to us too.   We have a well-equipped playground, as well as a large indoor gym so that your child can run and play even when the weather is cold or rainy.

Hours of Operation

The Preschool operates Monday thru Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except holidays. If the School has to be closed because of inclement weather, an announcement will be made on KMOV Channel 4 and KSDK Channel 5.  Viewing time begins at 5:00 a.m.

For more information, call Mrs. Bobbie Barnett, Director, at (636) 742-3628.
